The ceremonial royal funeral of Prince Philip, His Royal Highness, the Duke of Edinburgh, will take place on Saturday, 17 April and will be shown live on BBC One. We are asking everyone at the University of East London to join together during the national minute of silence on Saturday at 3pm, and to pause on this sad occasion in honour of Prince Philip, the gift of his life and for his service to our country.
